My partner and I want to unlink our couple.

Either partner can dissolve the couple from the in-app profile screen. Data created together remains with the partner who added it.

I want to cancel my subscription.

Subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play, depending on where you bought. Cancel from your store account; you keep premium features until the period ends.
